Anther Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Anther purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to assist. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Return and Exchange Window

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Return and Exchange Eligibility

• Items are eligible for an exchange in size, subject to availability.
• If the size you need is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

3. Return and Exchange Process

• Customers can either:
  • Send the item back to us at their expense, or
  • Opt for reverse logistics pickup arranged by us for an additional fee of ₹250.
• The new item will be shipped at no extra cost to you once we have received and processed the return.

4. Credit Note Policy

• We do not offer refunds unless the item has a defect caused by us. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
• For non-defective returns, a credit note will be issued, valid for one year and redeemable on our website.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.
